Also, this recipe is 100% vegetarian and dairy-free! For a vegan alternative, you can use flax seed meal and plant-based protein powder; texture may vary slightly but it will still be delicious and a guilt-free experience!

Base Protein Pancakes
40 grams casein/whey blend flavored protein powder of choice (veganize it: plant-based protein powder)
20 grams whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 grams liquid egg whites (veganize it: 2 Tbsp warm water + 1 Tbsp flax seed meal)
*40 grams unsweetened almond milk
Pinch of salt
*may need more if the consistency is too thick as this will vary based on the protein powder used
Directions 1. Whisk protein powder, baking powder, egg whites, salt, and almond milk. 2. Gently mix in flour. 3. Heat a pan or skillet to medium-low and spray with cooking spray. 4. Cook pancakes as a one big one or smaller ones; make sure not to overcook! This will take ~2 mins. per side in medium-low heat.
